JVC’s revolutionary super slim LCD TV is the world’s slimmest with built-in tuner*, featuring a cabinet that across most of its width measures a mere 39mm deep, with a maximum depth of just 74mm at the panel’s centre. The design ensures that from nearly any angle, the sets present a super-slim appearance.

Complementing the slim design is a thinner 23mm width bezel, further minimising the presence of the cabinet. This allows the picture to stand out and look as if it’s floating in mid-air.

Power Saving Design

The super-slim LCD TVs offer a reduced power consumption of less than 190W (183W for the LT-42S90, 188W for the LT-42DS9)*, which when compared to conventional models of the same display size, represents an approximate 20% reduction — one of the lowest figures in the industry today.  Eco Mode is another friendly feature that automatically adjusts screen brightness according to ambient light levels of the room to reduce power consumption by approximately 30%**, resulting to decrease eye fatigue and save energy.
